You will lead and mentor regional Procurement teams, guiding them in developing and implementing strategies to maximize efficiencies. Ensuring access to qualified suppliers at the best possible cost, you will enable the speed and flexibility needed for success. Your role will focus on optimizing Procurement processes and contracts worldwide, securing third-party materials at the best cost, quality, and service levels. Responsibilities
- Drive Cost Savings & Strategy Execution – Develop and implement regional savings initiatives, actively contributing to the business purchasing plan while tracking and reporting progress.
- Strategic Supplier Management – Build and manage relationships with key suppliers, lead fact-based negotiations, track performance, and drive continuous improvement through strategic supplier development activities.
- Develop Supplier Base with Innovation & Responsible Sourcing – Identify and collaborate with suppliers that drive innovation and align with responsible sourcing principles to enhance sustainability and business value.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration – Support local buyers, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure effective sourcing strategy implementation aligned with business needs and priorities.
- Sourcing Strategy & Implementation – Oversee the execution of strategic sourcing methodologies, select key suppliers, and ensure knowledge sharing and communication across procurement teams.
- Performance Monitoring & Optimization – Measure internal procurement performance, track cost savings, and identify opportunities for further total cost of ownership (TCO) reductions.
- Internal Customer Engagement – Strengthen relationships with internal stakeholders by gathering feedback, reinforcing procurement’s value, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, commerce, engineering, or a related field, with a recognized qualification in Procurement preferred.
- 5 years of experience in Procurement, marketing & sales, or product management, with a strong understanding of strategic and operational Procurement processes.
- Ability to develop business strategies, anticipate market trends, and drive key supplier programs across multiple categories.
- Expertise in negotiation techniques, contracting tools, and supplier relationship management to optimize cost, quality, and service.
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience in international matrix organizations and the ability to drive change and innovation.
- Advanced communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong internal and external networks.
