As a Senior HR Business Partner, You Will
- Lead the planning effort to implement HR strategic initiatives across the enterprise that include a disciplined project management approach to execution.
- Research and deploy best practices in change management, engagement, organizationaldesign and talent management with the HRBP team.
- Design career path and development frameworks with a goal of retaining high potentials and fostering internal career mobility.
- Facilitate HR owned training and development offerings to leaders and employees.
- Provide consultative and full cycle support in resolving employee relations challenges; leadinvestigation process for your areas of scope.
- Facilitate the talent review process and follow up to drive the development of deeper
- succession benches and to mitigate turnover of high potentials.
- Coach leaders on goal development to ensure employee expectations and metrics are clearand aligned to business outcomes.
- Collaborate with the HR operations team to ensure the execution of HR processes are consistent and timely.
- Support the development, implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures to improve the employee experience and compliance.
- Utilize HR reporting capability to analyze data to identify themes and takeaways for key initiatives that include succession planning, talent mobility, organizational development, career planning and employee engagement.
- Bachelors required in HR, Business Administration or related field. Masters is preferred.
- Minimum 7 years of HR experience
- Proven work experience as an HR Business Partner and consultant
- Experience in project planning and management
- Excellent people management skills
- Analytical and goal oriented
- Demonstrable experience with HR metrics
- Thorough knowledge of labor legislation
- Full understanding of all HR functions
- Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
