Position Overview:We are looking for a Shipping & Receiving Forklift Operator to join our team in Monroe, NC. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will play a key role in managing shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring smooth warehouse operations.

Responsibilities:

• Load and unload shipments, manage materials, and oversee stock levels
• Pick, pack, and ship orders to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace while following 5S standards
• Ensure inventory accuracy through proper tracking and stock rotation
• Follow company procedures and contribute ideas for process improvements
• Work closely with team members to ensure efficient operations
• Perform additional warehouse tasks as needed
  
  

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations preferred
• Strong problem-solving and time management skills
• Familiarity with ERP systems, with SAP experience as a plus
• Forklift experience preferred, but training is available for the right candidate
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
  
  

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk for most of the shift
• Lift and carry up to 40 pounds as needed
• Comfortable with bending, climbing stairs, and moving throughout the facility
