Responsibilities
Learning and Development Strategy
- Design and implement enterprise-wide learning and development strategies that enhance leader capability, employee growth, and workforce agility.
- Partner with HR People Strategists and business leaders to assess learning needs and develop experiences for employees, leaders, and teams.
- Create integrated development solutions leveraging learning technologies, on-demand training, and blended learning solutions to enhance accessibility, and engagement.
- Ensure learning programs are aligned with business objectives, talent needs, and future workforce capabilities.
- Develop and execute leadership development programs for first-time managers, mid-level leaders, and senior executives.
- Create coaching frameworks, mentorship opportunities, and capability building training to enhance leadership effectiveness.
- Facilitate leadership development workshops, team effectiveness sessions, and coaching experiences.
- Lead the enhancement of the performance reviews, feedback, and career development frameworks to drive employee growth and organizational resilience.
- Embed competency models and career pathing tools that support employee progression and development planning.
- Support HR People Strategist and people leaders with tools to enable competency assessment, goal setting, feedback, and other key performance levers
- Lead cross-functional teams in the development and execution of enterprise-wide learning and development programs
- Serve as an internal consultant, providing strategic insights and guidance on employee performance, growth, upskilling, and reskilling initiatives.
- Develop and implement programs that foster a learning culture, enabling employees at all levels to continuously develop and excel.
- 3 years of experience in learning and development, leadership development, learning strategies, or career development programs at scale
- 3 years experience developing blended learning solutions, leveraging learning technologies, and coaching leaders to success
- Strong program coordination and execution skills for learning and development initiatives
- Ability to facilitate engaging training sessions, workshops, and programs
- Familiarity with learning management systems, digital learning tools, and instructional design principles
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills to work effectively across HR and business teams
- Analytical mindset with the ability to measure program success through data and feedback mechanisms.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, Learning & Development, Business or related field
- Experience in navigating complex organizations with a focus on enterprise-wide talent strategies
- Certification in learning methodologies (ATD, CIPD, etc) or leadership assessments (MBTI, Hogan, Social Styles, etc)
- Fully remote role
- Up to 20% travel
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without Omnicell sponsorship now or in the future
- Ability to pass background and employment verification checks
- Able to work from assigned location without housing or relocation assistance from Omnicell
