We are looking for a Data Analyst Intern to assist in collecting, organizing, and analyzing large data sets to help inform business decisions. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in statistical analysis, data visualization, and data manipulation. Responsibilities
- Data Collection and Management : Assist in gathering data from various sources, ensuring data quality, and maintaining databases.
- Data Analysis : Perform statistical analysis and data modeling to identify trends and insights.
- Data Visualization : Create reports and visualizations using tools like Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or similar software to present findings effectively.
- AI Model Development: Assist in developing and implementing AI models using machine learning algorithms.
- Research: Research and provide market summaries back to DAA management on the latest trends and technologies in data science and AI.
- Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven solutions.
- Project Development : Participate in developing and implementing data-driven projects that support business objectives.
- Documentation : Maintain detailed documentation of data sources, methodologies, and results.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools such as SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), R, or similar programming languages.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in data analysis or a related field is a plus.
