Job Description

As a Systems Administrator, you will play a critical role in:

• Managing and maintaining Microsoft (MS) Windows Server Operating Systems (OS) on both physical and virtual environments.
• Adhering to change management practices, including writing Change Requests and seeking approval.
• Assisting in storage and data management, specifically file and folder permissions.
• Supporting the operational transition of enterprise solutions into production.
• Serving as the primary point of contact for local server, network, and telecom repair of District infrastructure components.
• Coordinating Level 3 support with District technical personnel.
  
  

Requirements

• Current DoD 8570 IA Baseline Certification, IAT Level II (e.g., Security CE)
• At least an Interim Secret Clearance
• SIPRNet experience
• 4 years of Systems Administration / related experience
• Understanding of Windows Server 2012/2016, including Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Group Policy, DFS, and the ability to maintain other Windows core services & VMware

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $36.06 - $36.06/hr.
