You’ll report directly to the VP of Human Resources with the ability to influence the priorities within your role. Compensation: $ 61,500 - $65,500 based on a full time, 40 hour work week

- Proactively sourcing talent
- Developing and implementing the recruitment process.
- Building relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and our community
- Measuring successes within our recruiting efforts.

Education And Experience To Be a Talent Acquisition Recruiter
- Associates degree
- 2-3 years’ experience in talent acquisition, preferably in healthcare
- Fundamental knowledge of human resources
- Mindset for sourcing and engaging talent
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and follow through
- Flexible with shifting priorities and timelines.
