About the Role :
As a Talent Acquisition Recruiter, you’ll use your critical thinking and interpersonal skills as you identify relevant community partnerships and nurture relationships. You’ll report directly to the VP of Human Resources with the ability to influence the priorities within your role. You’ll collaborate with leaders to design and implement meaningful candidate personas for each job title. Responsibilities include :
- Understanding the needs of the hiring managers
- Proactively sourcing talent
- Developing and implementing the recruitment process.
- Building relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and our community
- Measuring successes within our recruiting efforts.
You will be primarily based at our Northwest location, 155 Lawn Ave. in Buffalo, and will also travel to other Neighborhood sites on a regular basis. This position qualifies for hybrid work from home after a successful introductory period.

Compensation : $ 61,500 - $65,500 based on a full time, 40 hour work week
