The approved base salary range for this position is $117,276-$155,800 The actual base salary offered to a candidate may be higher than the approved range. This will vary depending on a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. This position is subject to a 30% Area Salary Differential (Cost of Living Adjustment) in the SF Bay Area. The approved base salary range including ASD for this position is $152,458-$202,540. depending on location. In addition, this position is eligible for a performance bonus and a special project incentive. Available benefits include medical, dental, vision and 401k.

In your role as Technical Project Manager at Kohler Ventures you will:
- Work directly with the Head of Software, software engineering team, and product teams.
- Overseeing multiple simultaneous and technically demanding cloud-focused projects.
- Managing ongoing projects, kick-offs, reviews, and lessons learned.
- Developing and managing full lifecycle projects, ensuring on-time delivery.
- Drive Agile software development process.
- Partnering with architects, development teams and program manager to deliver operational efficiency needs.
- Guiding highly skilled engineers to ensure successful project delivery.
- Implementing project management procedures, frameworks, and performance metrics.
- Creating documentation to support plans and processes, driving consistency and alignment across teams.
- Utilizing data to drive strategic decisions and reporting.
- Reporting on project health, success metrics, and active progress.
Required
- 5 years of experience as an IT Project Manager.
- Project Management Professional (PMP), Scrum Master, or other technical certifications.
- Strong technical knowledge of AWS cloud Platform.
- Experience with IoT devices/platforms and/or experience managing the implementation of IoT technologies/platforms for consumer products.
- Travel to Kohler Ventures and Kohler Co. locations as needed.
- Availability to work outside of their normal business hours to collaborate with teams and vendors located across multiple time zones.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or related technical discipline from a reputed academic institution.Master is preferred.
- Proficiency in deep software architecture, systems design, and best practices for Professional Services in the Cloud.
- Excellent analytical and data querying experience.
- Skills in SQL, python scripting, dashboarding tools, automation, and programming at beginner or higher level.
- Positive, can-do attitude with a high degree of ownership and self-motivation to drive change.
- Entrepreneurial experience in a high growth technology focused company or startup.
- Exemplary collaboration skills across teams, geographies, and functions.
