In your role as Technical Project Manager at Kohler Ventures you will :
- Work directly with the Head of Software, software engineering team, and product teams.
- Oversee multiple simultaneous and technically demanding cloud-focused projects.
- Manage ongoing projects, kick-offs, reviews, and lessons learned.
- Develop and manage full lifecycle projects, ensuring on-time delivery.
- Partner with architects, development teams, and program managers to deliver operational efficiency needs.
- Guide highly skilled engineers to ensure successful project delivery.
- Implement project management procedures, frameworks, and performance metrics.
- Create documentation to support plans and processes, driving consistency and alignment across teams.
- Utilize data to drive strategic decisions and reporting.
- Report on project health, success metrics, and active progress.

The approved base salary range for this position is $117,276-$155,800. The actual base salary offered to a candidate may be higher than the approved range. This will vary depending on a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, education, and work location. This position is subject to a 30% Area Salary Differential (Cost of Living Adjustment) in the SF Bay Area. The approved base salary range including ASD for this position is $152,458-$202,540 depending on location. In addition, this position is eligible for a performance bonus and a special project incentive. Available benefits include medical, dental, vision, and 401k.
