As a Technology Program Manager here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in leading and managing engineering projects. You will report directly to our Director of Program Management, and you will work out of our Fort Washington, PA, Phoenix, AZ or Houston ,TX locations on a hybrid work schedule.

YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics
- 6 years of experience in engineering project management
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex engineering projects on time and within budget
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Experience in risk management and problem-solving
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Adaptability and flexibility to manage changing project requirements
- Passion for innovation and continuous learning
