Job Title: Workforce Development Specialist

Pay Range: $36.08 per hour
What's the Job?
- Provide site support for training and development documentation programs, systems, compliance, and strategy.
- Facilitate training documentation review and initiation sessions, identifying objectives and establishing timelines.
- Create, modify, and archive documents using appropriate software while adhering to standards and styles.
- Monitor and follow up on documentation change requests and manage certifications for controlled documents.
- Extract and categorize data for analysis, visualization, and decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 5 years of experience creating and maintaining technical documentation, preferably in the semiconductor domain.
- Experience with documentation software such as MadCap, Adobe, and Microsoft.
- Familiarity with SharePoint and high-volume manufacturing environments.
- Preferred experience with PSM/RMP systems and leading technical documentation processes.
