We are looking for a reliable Office Assistant. This part time position is responsible for providing administrative support, customer service, and assistance to other departments as needed. Attention to detail and strong multitasking skills are imperative. We welcome self-motivated individuals eager to learn new tasks.
Duties include, but are not limited to greeting customers, processing various forms of paperwork, creating and maintaining sales records, vehicle inventory management, bank deposits, managing phone calls and correspondence in a timely matter, paperwork filing, ordering office supplies, and vehicle titling work.
