Position : Clinical Supervisor (Full-Time)
Location : New Ulm, MN
Starting Pay : $65,000 annually
As a Clinical Supervisor , you'll play a vital role in mentoring and guiding supervisees, ensuring compliance, and maintaining a balanced client caseload.
Your Key Responsibilities :
- Provide clinical guidance & consultation to supervisees and colleagues
- Maintain a balanced client caseload
- Conduct intakes & Diagnostic Assessments
- Assist with progress reviews & discharge summaries
What We're Looking For :
Age : 21
Education : Master's degree (or higher) in Family Therapy, Psychology, Social Work, or related field
Licensure : LMFT, LPCC, LP, or LICSW (or license-eligible in Minnesota)
Supervisor Credentials : Approved licensed supervisor by the Licensing Boards of Minnesota
