We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Drywall Supervisor to oversee our drywall installation projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in drywall installation, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
· Supervise and coordinate the activities of drywall installers and finishers.
· Ensure all work is completed according to project specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.
· Inspect work sites to ensure quality and adherence to project timelines.
· Train and mentor team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
· Manage project schedules, materials, and labor to ensure efficient workflow.
· Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
· Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project.
· Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and project progress.
Qualifications:
· Associate’s degree
· Minimum of 2 years of experience in drywall installation and supervision.
· Strong knowledge of drywall materials, tools, and techniques.
· Excellent leadership and team management skills.
· Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
· Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
