Drywall Project Manager - Hospitality, High Rise, Multi-Family
Location: Palmetto, Manatee County
Salary: $130,000 per annum Bens
A leading commercial drywall contractor have recently opened a NEW office in the Manatee County and are looking for a number of experienced Project Managers who have 3-5 years experience working for a commercial drywall subcontractor or a GC, with a focus on large-scale and specialized drywall construction projects.
There are already 8-10 projects awaiting in the pipeline for the successful Project Manager to get stuck right into across high rise towers, multi-family builds and hospitality projects. Key responsibilities include developing accurate budgets using historical data, conducting periodic site visits to ensure quality field methods and comprehensive project understanding, and managing labor—whether from subcontractors or internal teams. You will also maintain client relationships, oversee deliverables, and support the growth and development of your team. Strong knowledge of local material, labor, and equipment costs is essential.
My client is looking to move immediately with this, and the interview process will be a 2-stage interview, with the 1st stage being with the Vice President and the 2nd able to be booked in via Zoom/Teams with the Director of Operations.
