Job Summary
We're seeking a dynamic Area Sales Manager to drive growth in our SEFL Division, covering Port St. Lucie, Stuart, Palm City, and Jupiter. Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, you'll play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and building strong client relationships.
Primary Responsibilities
· Develop and execute sales strategies to exceed territory targets
· Cultivate and maintain relationships with key residential home builders
· Analyze market data to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities
· Deliver regular performance reports to senior management
· Work with marketing and product teams to ensure consistent brand messaging
· Monitor industry trends and market conditions
· Represent company at sales conferences and builder expos
· Manage territory operations independently
Required Qualifications
· Proven track record in sales management, preferably in construction
· Experience working with production home builders, developers, and suppliers
· Strong leadership and relationship-building abilities
· Excellence in communication, negotiation, and presentation
· Self-motivated with demonstrated goal achievement
· Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
· Solid understanding of residential construction processes and materials

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
