Here’s the work you get to do:
- Sales Strategy & Growth: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow our client base and exceed regional sales goals.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture trusted relationships with key residential production builders, developers, and industry partners throughout the region.
- Market Intelligence & Opportunity Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and adjust strategy accordingly.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with marketing, estimating, and operations teams to ensure smooth project transitions, accurate bids, and consistent brand messaging.
- Sales Reporting & Forecasting: Track performance, prepare sales forecasts, and deliver regular updates to senior leadership on growth metrics, pipeline health, and wins.
- Industry Presence: Represent Leola Construction at trade shows, builder expos, and networking events to promote our brand and deepen industry relationships.
- Territory Autonomy: Manage your region independently with the support of company leadership, while aligning with our strategic vision and performance standards.
Here’s what makes you a great fit for this role:
- Proven experience in sales or account management, ideally in construction or residential building materials
- Familiarity with production home builders, developers, and subcontractor networks in Florida
- Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills
- Highly motivated, self-directed, and goal-oriented with a strong track record of results
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating with internal teams
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Strong understanding of residential construction processes, shell scope, and materials
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
