About the Position
We're seeking an experienced Garden Manager to manage crews in maintaining high-end residential landscapes. This position offers the chance to work with premium properties and apply advanced horticultural knowledge in creating and preserving beautiful garden environments.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the maintenance of high-end residential gardens
- Lead and manage a team of landscape professionals
- Develop and maintain client relationships
- Identify and address plant health issues
- Design and implement garden enhancements
- Manage project budgets and resources
Qualifications
- Degree in Horticulture, Landscape Architecture, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5 years of experience in high-end landscape maintenance
- Strong knowledge of plant varieties and maintenance requirements
- Experience with irrigation systems and programming
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- English fluency required (Spanish proficiency a plus)
