Job Offer: Administrative Coordinator Bilingual Spanish
Job Objective: Ensure the administrative and operational efficiency of Leon Logistics LTD by coordinating daily tasks, managing resources, and overseeing compliance with regulations and procedures. Support the dispatch, safety, and maintenance departments to ensure smooth operations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Process payroll reports and purchase orders.
- Generate weekly and monthly reports (sales, maintenance, fuel, etc.).
- Control payments to vendors and manage bank reconciliations.
- Manage driver documentation, including background checks and drug tests.
- Collaborate with the Safety department and Dispatcher to ensure DOT compliance.
- Coordinate and follow up on accident procedures, working with insurance companies.
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Training: Knowledge in administrative management, human resources, accounting, logistics, and transportation.
- Experience: At least 2 years in similar positions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
