Leonard Management Inc., is currently seeking an IT Specialist in its Elkhorn, NE location. The IT Specialist is responsible for analyzing existing business processes and systems, identifying areas for improvement, and designing technology solutions to optimize efficiency, developing functional specifications, and overseeing the implementation of new systems or enhancements to existing ones, often including user training and support. This position will have an office located in the Elkhorn, NE corporate office but will travel to other locations reguarly.

Essential Functions
- Requirements gathering:
Gather Information to understand business needs and detailed requirements for new or improved systems.
- Process analysis:
Evaluate current business processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for automation.
- Solution design:
Develop functional specifications, system architecture, and design solutions to address identified business needs.
- Technical documentation:
Create detailed documentation including user manuals, system flowcharts, and data models.
- System implementation and Collaboration:
Work with Restaurant IT teams to implement new systems, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
- Testing and quality assurance:
Conduct system testing to identify defects and ensure quality standards are met.
- User training:
Develop and deliver training programs to end-users on new system functionalities.
- Change management:
Facilitate the transition to new systems by managing expectations and addressing potential resistance.
- Performance monitoring:
Track system performance and identify areas for further optimization.

Education
- Bachelors Degree preferred.
Experience
