What We Are Looking For
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Specialist to join our team! Leonard Splaine’s Customer Service Specialists are our customer’s first point of contact during their time of need, scheduling routine HVAC maintenance or service for urgent concerns to restore their home or business’ comfort. This vital role resolves customer issues by making inbound and outbound calls, replying to messages and by coordinating service between Leonard Splaine’s departments.
What Will Be Expected of You
- Maintain an established customer base through regular calls and emails
- Answer incoming customer requests and inquiries in a professional & friendly manner to efficiently meet customer needs
- Act as a liaison between Leonard Splaine’s customers, technicians, salespersons & management
- Support sales initiatives by promoting products and services that meet customer needs
- Maintain and update demographic data within Customer Profiles
- Organize & maintain preventative maintenance Membership records
- Process invoice payments
- Register HVAC equipment for manufacturer warranties and file warranty claims
- Participate in in-house training sessions and meetings
- Be available for our after-hours on-call rotation
- Other duties, as assigned
Our Customer Service Specialist's Schedule
- Monday - Friday: In-Office at our Woodbridge Location, 8 am-5 pm
- After Hours: Availability for an On-Call Rotation for After-Hours Phone Coverage
Our Ideal Candidate's Qualifications
- Must be highly proficient in navigating software, applications and social media platforms
- 1 year of call center experience is preferred
- Ability to receive and resolve a high volume of calls with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently, as well as within a team
- Prior scheduling and AR/AP experience is a plus
