Job Summary
Join our Menomonee Falls, WI team as a Senior Project Manager for our Aftermarket programs. You will play a pivotal role in managing projects involving aftermarket motor controllers and subcomponent sales. You will interface directly with stakeholders, including distributors, shipyards, and government agencies, to ensure timely delivery, exceptional customer service, and compliance with stringent Navy requirements. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving strategic growth, building lasting relationships, and delivering quality solutions.
What You Will Do
- Act as a key support resource to manage all phases of government engineering development programs, from initial concept to final delivery.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to ensure successful project execution.
- Monitor program performance through data analysis and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, finance, procurement, and quality assurance, to achieve project objectives.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, including senior management and government customers.
- Ensure compliance with all DoD and US Navy regulations, standards, and requirements.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness.
- Lead project meetings, including kick-offs, status updates, and reviews.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and reports to internal and external stakeholders.
