Join our Menomonee Falls, WI team as a Senior Supply Chain Coordinator. You will work closely with our Supply Chain team to provide a variety of administrative activities.
- Maintain files, logs, records of invoices, purchase orders and other related documentation; maintain and manipulate data in various computer systems
- Assist in expediting orders
- May assist buyers in contacting vendors to obtain prices and schedule delivery dates
- May develop and maintain resources for assigned commodity items
- Prepare standard requests for quotation
- Gather, collect, record, track and verify data and information from multiple sources
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and 5 years of experience
- Must be flexible and willing to move between projects and tasks quickly and as needed
- Must pay exceptional attention to detail, ability to manage own time effectively, produce work of the highest quality, and meet deadlines consistently
- Must be proficient in office procedures and possess good writing and verbal skills
- Motivated and engaged; comfortable in a team environment but also okay with working independently sometimes
- Candidates must be a US citizen and meet DRS security standards as imposed by DoD, including the issuance of any necessary security clearance by the US government within a reasonable time after commencement of employment
