Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with sales team to provide technical expertise and support in selling Leostream solutions to potential clients
• Design and deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, and proofs of concept to showcase Leostream solutions
• Work with clients to understand their technical requirements and develop customized solutions to meet their needs which could lead to billable professional services engagements
• Provide technical training and support to clients during implementation and post-sales
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and Leostream’s product roadmap to provide clients with the latest solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of Leostream solutions for clients
· Develop expertise with the Leostream products and other technologies in the fast-growing cloud and virtualization market segments.
· Assist customers with building fully integrated solutions consisting of Leostream and other applications.
· Be the customer’s voice during product design reviews and bug reviews
· Contribute to technical and marketing documentation, such as reference architectures
· Become a Tier 2 resource for Leostream Support
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field
• 5 years of experience in technical sales, solution engineering, or similar roles in the technology industry, with a focus on virtualization solutions such as VMWare Horizon or Citrix
• Strong technical knowledge of virtualization technologies and experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Experience selling into the Federal market preferred
