DEN Manager Cream Sales

Within our Corporate Supply Chain Cream Sales team located in Denver – Leprino is seeking a Manager, Cream Sales to support our efforts in expanding our cream sales operations and strengthening our relationships with customers! At Leprino Foods, starting compensation for this role typically ranges between $98,000 and $118,000. This position has an annual target bonus of 12%.

• Oversee cream sales operations across all company locations, ensuring efficient processes from order placement to invoicing.

• Develop and implement sales strategies that align with market trends and financial goals.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

• Lead negotiations for annual and short-term contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.

• Manage the cream sales team, fostering collaboration and professional growth.

• Analyze market data and pricing structures to maximize profitability and identify new opportunities.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination of schedules and deliveries.

• Present financial and operational updates to senior leadership, offering insights and recommendations.

• Address and resolve any customer concerns or disputes promptly and effectively.

• Oversee the liquid transportation program, ensuring cost-effective and reliable service.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying areas for operational enhancements.

• Stay informed on industry developments to proactively adjust strategies and stay competitive.

You Have At Least (Required Qualifications):

• A bachelor’s degree in economics, business, finance, supply chain management, operations, or a related field.

• A minimum of 8 years of combined experience in sales, operations, and procurement within the food or dairy industry.

• At least 3 years of experience in commercial dairy sales.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• The ability to work a weekly 3/2 (office/home) hybrid schedule.

• A master’s degree in a relevant field.

• Experience with SAP systems.

• Previous experience with liquid dairy sales and operations.
