At Leprino, we take pride in being the world's largest producer of mozzarella cheese and a leading producer of dairy ingredients. As we launch our newest, state-of-the-art facility in Lubbock, TX, we are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to help lead all efforts in building our high-performing team of 600 team members.
- Lead the full-cycle and high-volume recruitment efforts for all hourly manufacturing roles, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Screening candidates and ensuring an efficient hiring process.
- Supporting new hire orientations and coordinating onboarding activities.
- Ensuring compliance with eVerify, background checks, drug testing, and all other adherence to Leprino’s hiring practices.
- Managing candidate workflows within SAP SuccessFactors ATS.
- Building strong relationships with hiring managers to understand workforce needs.
