We are looking for a Systems Test Engineer that has worked on ADAS Camera features. This role is onsite in Goleta California.
Responsibilities
- Support for previous camera generations (gen 3 & 4), this would include Process Validation (PV) Testing for several different automotive standards, working with customers to meet testing timelines, organizing external laboratory testing, and developing in house tests.
- Support on-going Thermal Camera Gen5 development focusing on Design Validation (DV) Testing. Focus on supporting and managing remote testing stations and designing new testing methods as the camera product develops
- Systems: previous experiences dealing with Thermal Camera system development. Strong fundamental understanding of electrical and software trouble shooting, good time management, fundamental mechanical and optical understanding, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- B.S. Degree in Software, Systems or Electrical Engineering
- CAN and LIN protocols,
- Systems Engineering/Planning Tools and Methods
- Product Validation & Testing: electrical, mechanical, environmental, life cycle testing DVP&R, DFMEA, PFMEA & Quality assessment systems
