The Executive Assistant at LERETA, LLC provides high-level administrative support to senior executives, ensuring seamless daily operations in a fast-paced mortgage tax and flood services environment. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. The Executive Assistant will manage calendars, coordinate meetings, prepare reports, and serve as a key liaison between executives and internal / external stakeholders. Additionally, the role involves supporting projects related to property tax services, compliance, and operational efficiencies within the mortgage industry.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange travel.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation related to the real estate services industry, regulatory compliance, and business operations.
- Act as a liaison between the executive team and internal / external stakeholders.
- Handle confidential financial and operational documents with discretion.
- Assist in preparing executive-level communications, emails, and correspondence.
- Assist with special projects and administrative tasks as needed.
- Track and follow up on key action items and deadlines for mortgage projects.
- Coordinate industry events, conferences, and executive meetings.
- Conduct research on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor analysis.
- Assist with budget management, expense reporting, and invoice processing.
This position will perform other duties as assigned based on the needs of the department.
