Responsibilities

- Collect and analyze research data related to product quality and performance.
- Implement and maintain quality management systems in accordance with industry regulations.
- Utilize Calypso software for data analysis and reporting on quality metrics.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify areas for improvement in fabrication processes.
- Ensure adherence to FDA regulations, HACCP principles, and ISO 9001 standards throughout the production cycle.
- Prepare detailed reports on findings from audits and inspections, providing actionable recommendations for improvements.
- Assist in training staff on quality assurance practices and procedures.
Skills
- Strong understanding of QA/QC methodologies and best practices.
- Proficiency in research data collection techniques and analysis.
- Familiarity with Calypso software for quality management tasks.
