Les Olson Company is a rapidly growing technology services provider in the Western United States. We're seeking an experienced Managed IT Assessment & Onboarding Specialist to join our Managed IT (MIT) team.

🌟 What You'll Do
- Assess IT operations, including hardware, software, and security systems in potential client networks.
- Review network infrastructure (servers, routers, switches, firewalls) to determine potential opportunities for Les Olson IT to provide improvements
- Work closely with sales team to provide a technical perspective on how Les Olson IT might add value to customer environments
- Lead client onboarding, ensuring smooth integration into our Managed IT services.
- Communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical clients.
- Compile and present data and analysis to the Customer Success team
- Assist the help desk with support tickets and troubleshooting for new clients.
- Collaborate on IT projects, conduct system audits, and manage backups.
- Identify opportunities to improve client IT systems and experiences.
📌 What You Bring
- 3 years' experience in system or network administration.
- Certifications in Windows Server, VMware, Cisco networking, or storage hardware (HP, Dell, EMC) a plus.
- Expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, and Unix system administration.
- Experience with SAN/NAS systems, VMware troubleshooting, and hybrid cloud migrations (Azure, Microsoft 365).
- Strong networking skills (switching, routing, and infrastructure maintenance).
- Project management experience (a plus).
- Professionalism, reliability, and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation.
- Must pass background check & random drug testing.
