Job Summary : We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Advisor Onboarding Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient onboarding of technical advisors who sign up to work with Telarus. This position requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of technical processes, and a passion for helping others succeed.
Key Responsibilities :
- Onboarding Process Management : Oversee the entire onboarding process for new technical advisors, ensuring a seamless transition into working with Telarus
- Training and Development : Conduct comprehensive training sessions on Telarus tools, systems, and processes to equip new advisors with the necessary knowledge and skills.
- Documentation and Resources : Create and maintain onboarding documentation, guides, and resources to support new advisors throughout their onboarding journey.
- Support and Guidance : Provide ongoing support and guidance to new advisors, addressing any questions or concerns they may have during the onboarding process.
- Feedback and Improvement : Collect feedback from new advisors to continuously improve the onboarding process and enhance the overall experience.
- Collaboration : Work closely with other departments, including HR, IT, and technical teams, to ensure a coordinated and efficient onboarding experience.
- Performance Measurement : Drive technical advisors success to meet performance targets
- Utilize CRM to maintain relationships and expand Technology Advisors growth
