Job Description : POSITION SUMMARY :
This is an entry-level Assistant position, typically requiring a minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience. The Assistant will answer the majority of the communications that come into the Marketing Department. They will manage Graphic job projects and deadlines and vendor orders. Process department invoicing, coding and re-billing back to the stores when needed. They will assist with a variety of programs that the Marketing Department is involved with.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Reviews all requests submitted to the Pit Stop, emailed or called in to Creative Services.
- When needed, obtain approval of design projects by submitting to Creative Services Supervisor
- Plan-o-grams for new stores as well as remodel stores
- Keeps track of current and upcoming production deadlines
- Assists with Warehouse inventory control and inventory ordering, invoicing and rebilling
- Store / Vendor interfacing
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related coordination as needed
- Positive attitude and practices service excellence in all interactions; answers incoming calls from stores and vendors
