Job Description : POSITION SUMMARY :
Responsible for partnering with the Recruiting Manager to create, develop and execute recruitment marketing programs and initiatives to increase brand awareness and attract top quality candidates. Key responsibilities include creation, execution and measurement of digital recruitment campaigns and strategic job posting campaigns. This individual collaborates with the recruiting and promotions team as well as internal marketing and communications teams to ensure programs are designed to meet operational needs and align with Company branding and messaging.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Manages recruitment marketing platforms; recommends enhancements, updates, and changes based on market trends
- Supports and creates new employment branding strategies to highlight the Company and the benefits of working here
- Develops content that promotes the Company brand and the differentiating factors that make the Company as employer of choice
- Manages recruitment social media content and postings
- Develops internal and external email and text communication campaigns
- Keeps up to date with the market, channels and methods that deliver the best candidates; recommends new candidate sourcing and recruitment marketing platforms
- Creates and maintains a positive applicant experience, assessing all aspects of the application, selection and hiring process.
- Monitors Company careers site and makes suggestions for improvement
- Drives application growth by planning and optimizing activity on relevant channels, job boards, careers pages, etc.
- Track, measure and report on application statistics and campaign results
- Communicate data to recruitment team and applicable hiring managers; effectively illustrate trends and opportunity areas
- Manage daily accounting duties as it relates to Recruitment Marketing campaigns and vendors
- Provide suggestions for improvement in opportunity areas
- Work with vendors to ensure campaigns are effectively executed and desired results are achieved.
- Responsible for creation of and tracking against annual Recruitment Marketing calendar
- Other HR administrative duties as assigned
