What you’ll do as an HRIS Analyst
- Research, design, test, and implement new and existing HRIS solutions and processes.
- Develop and enforce strong governance standards for HRIS data and system security.
- Test and evaluate new HR system functionalities to identify strategic recommendations.
- Manage HRIS documentation and ensure functional requirements are accurate and consistent.
- Create reports and dashboards to analyze HR metrics and align with HR strategy.
- Serve as primary liaison to HR system vendor(s) and troubleshoot HRIS issues.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and manage HR data quality.
- Communicate effectively and train HR team on HRIS business processes.
- Maintain security and configuration of the HRIS system.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required qualifications:
- A Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3 years in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and HCM (Human Capital Management) oversight, configuration, and support.
- 3 years of experience working within a Human Resources team and role
- Detailed understanding of UKG architecture and security.
- UKG experience in payroll, timekeeping, compensation, core HR, and scheduling modules with an understanding of end user functionality and configurations, integrations, reporting and analytic capabilities.
- Proficiency in the advanced features of Microsoft Office Products.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with UKG Ready and UKG Pro is highly desired.
