Your Mission
Perform handson lab work to support customer applications product innovation and production
Contribute to experimental design execution and data analysis
Support and coordinate lab projects under the guidance of senior scientists
Report findings and share insights with internal teams
Work closely with the global application team to ensure project success
Qualifications : Your Profile
Masters degree in Microbiology Fermentation Science Biochemical Engineering or related fields
13 years of lab experience in R&D or application development (industrial biotech / fermentation preferred)
Handson knowledge of fermentation science biochemical analysis and lab techniques
Ability to interpret scientific data manage experiments and use statistical tools
Strong team player with excellent communication skills
Curious creative and eager to innovate

VIE Eligibility Criteria
Aged between 1828 years old
Citizen of the European Economic Area (EEA)
You have not previously completed a VIE assignment
