What are the responsibilities and job description for the Application Lab Scientist MF - VIE Contract 22 months position at Lesaffre?
The Application Scientist will operate within Procelyss application laboratory in the pilot of Cedar Rapids to support customer applications product development and innovation projects.
The mission of the application scientist will be responsible on performing and coordinating different projects in the laboratory. The Scientists first priority will be designing running and reporting on experiments that support Procelys customer applications product innovation and production. The Scientist will also participate as a member of the global Procelys application team (located in France and China) as a contributor on the following :
Project development and prioritization
Project management
Representation of Procelys technical knowledge to internal stakeholders and customers.
Qualifications :
- Your education : Master Degree in Microbiology Fermentation Science Biochemical Engineering or related field 13 years laboratory experience in R&D or application development in the area of industrial biotechnology / fermentation preferably from the bioingredients field (hyaluronic acid amino acids enzymes biopharma dairy cultures probiotics etc).
- Your skills :
Good handson knowledge and experience of industrial biotechnology and fermentation science
