Leson Chevrolet / Isuzu Trucks Collision Center is growing and looking for a Certified Automotive Painter to join our top-tier collision repair team. We are seeking a dedicated professional with a strong eye for detail and a passion for precision work.
Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality paint jobs in accordance with manufacturer specifications.
- Prepare surfaces for painting using sanding, masking, and priming techniques.
- Mix paint to match vehicle color specifications.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Collaborate with technicians and estimators to ensure timely vehicle turnaround.
- Adhere to all safety and quality control standards.
Requirements:
- Manufacturer paint certification (Required)
- ICAR training/certification (Preferred)
- Prior experience in an automotive collision center or similar role
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
