I.T. Support Representative – February 2025
The Lester Glenn Auto Group, the industry leader in automotive sales and service in New Jersey , has an immediate openings for a bright, energetic and driven IT Support Representatives for our IT Team located in Toms River, NJ.
The job will entail the following (this is not an all inclusive list):
* New employee setup procedures and documentation as well as maintaining current users
access requirements
* Maintaining distribution of inventory and keeping the proper documentation for the inventory
current
* Creating and maintaining IT documentation with regards to current setups
* Distributing employee requests to the proper outlet and maintaining them in the help desk
software
* Calling representatives and software support , ie. Reynolds, Hyundai Dealer, Global Connect, etc.
for employee related issues
* Works with IT employees on difficult to solve problems or configurations
*Upgrades system by conferring with vendors and services; developing, testing, evaluating, and installing enhancements and new software.
* Maintains client confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
* Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
* Multitasking and the ability to prioritize work on the fly based on importance
* Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS
* Must be trustworthy with confidential information and documentation
* An enthusiastic attitude and a commitment to achieving success
* Working knowledge of common operating systems and software applications pref.
* Industry-relevant certifications highly preferred (A , Net , MCDST, MCTS, CCNA, etc.)
* Knowledge of basic computer hardware, software and end-user desktop environments
* 2-3 years of customer service experience preferred, but not mandatory
* Experience working in a fast-paced, high demand environment
* Able to work well with a team but also be self-directed/able to prioritize workload efficiently
* High School Diploma or equivalent

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $39,500.00 - $55,120.00 per year
