What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service/Linen Specialist position at Let's Do Linens?
Special Event Linen company is looking to add a qualified candidate to our fast-paced office team. Primary responsibility will be to assist customers in placing their tablecloth and linen orders for their business. Must be able to learn inventory quickly, differentiate fabrics and colors, and understand sizes of tablecloths used in the event industry. Must have working knowledge of Windows computers, Word and Excel software. Required to answer phones and communicate electronically with clients in a professional manner. Able to quickly learn and use special rental software. Experience in hospitality or event industry is a plus. Must have minimum of 1 year of office experience. Fulltime position, Monday thru Friday 8:30-5pm. Benefit package available. Please send resume.
