We are currently seeking a full-time Customer Service and Supply Chain Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role will primarily serve as a liaison between customers, suppliers, and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication, excellent service, and efficient supply chain management.
The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for ensuring a seamless order process, providing timely and accurate information to customers, and maintaining high customer satisfaction. This role involves processing orders, handling inquiries, coordinating with various departments, and resolving customer issues in a professional and efficient manner. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to multitask, problem-solve, and collaborate across teams to enhance the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities :
- Process customer orders and handle inquiries, ensuring accurate lead time and product availability information.
- Verify that all order pricing matches the details in internal systems.
- Assess and research customer issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and any relevant changes or updates.
- Coordinate with Sales, Production, and Logistics / Warehousing teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
- Communicate with customers regarding any discrepancies, delivery conflicts, or delays.
- Provide support to Sales Representatives and assist in maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Collaborate effectively with various departments and participate in meetings aimed at improving customer satisfaction.
- Engage in cross-training opportunities and provide coverage as needed to maintain workflow efficiency.
- Work effectively under tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and customer focus.
