What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bartender and Server position at Let's Meat Steakhouse?
Responsibilities include:
- Preparing both alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
- Interact with customers, take orders and serve food and drinks
- Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Present and have knowledge of bar menu
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
- Communicate effectively with management
Requirements:
- 2 years of working experience as a bartender
knowledge of classic cocktails
- Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
- knowledge of POS systems
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
- Ability to take direction and work well with others
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $5.13 - $15.00 per hour
