Let’s Play in Hoover, AL is seeking an experienced General Manager to join our team!
Let’s Play is a fast growing, family-oriented company which currently operates 3 locations. Let’s Play is a premier kids’ indoor play center that caters to children aged 0-12 years. We’ve created a kid-friendly indoor environment that is both stimulating and enjoyable for kids. All activities are created and appointed based on the age of the children, ergonomic and other safety requirements. In addition to offering walk-in play, we pride our selves in throwing the best birthday parties for children and their families.
Job Responsibilities:
· Maintain a strong guest and community relationship by instilling proper guest service skills and knowledge to your team and by leading by example with our guests and community.
· Have a great smile and occasional diplomacy to ensure everyone has a memorable time
· Possess the ability to have fun at work and promote having fun within your team
· Have the ability to read and report financial statements with a strong math aptitude
· Manage all staff, including middle and lower management and full and part time team members.
· Have prior knowledge or possess the ability and willingness to learn a new point of sales system
· Ensure you have the best possible team by spending time hiring and training the team properly
· Possess the ability to motivate, engage and recruit.
· Have a working knowledge of health and safety compliance and food and beverage compliance
· Possess great project management and organizational skills
Requirements:
· 3 years of management experience
· 1 years of hospitality, retail or restaurant management experience
· Knowledge of the Family entertainment industry is not required but would be an advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,760.00 - $52,000.00 per year
