Customer Service - Front Counter

Professional telephone skills
Computer literate :
Prepare rental contracts with complete information
Input rental needs / orders for customers
Showroom presentation and cleanliness, including counters
Follow up with quotes
Count out till at opening and closing
ssist with overdue contracts
Document missing and damaged items upon return
Collect / Assist with completed driver pick-up and delivery sheets
Call and confirm customer delivery time, secure payment, and collect all other information required
Communicate upcoming reservations to departments
Receive and check all incoming shipments (UPS, FedEx) and log into freight book
Maintain all equipment operation sheets / manuals and store in proper locations
id in open and closed customer contracts
Build rental sales orders
Retrieve messages
