Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain printing presses, ensuring high-quality production.
- Set up and adjust press machines for different print jobs.
- Monitor ink levels, paper feed, and overall print quality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and printing issues.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of press equipment.
- Follow production schedules and meet deadlines.
- Adhere to workplace safety guidelines and company procedures.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a printing press operator or in a related role.
- Familiarity with offset, digital, or screen printing processes.
- Ability to read and interpret job orders, layouts, and specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control.
- Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
