We are seeking a skilled Printing Press Operator to join a dynamic production team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating printing equipment, maintaining production quality, and ensuring timely job completion. Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain printing presses, ensuring high-quality production.
• Set up and adjust press machines for different print jobs.
• Monitor ink levels, paper feed, and overall print quality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and printing issues.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of press equipment.
• Follow production schedules and meet deadlines.
• Adhere to workplace safety guidelines and company procedures.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a printing press operator or in a related role.
• Familiarity with offset, digital, or screen printing processes.
• Ability to read and interpret job orders, layouts, and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
