POSITION DESCRIPTION :
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Duties include but are not limited to :
- Provide administrative support for the Dean of CEAS and Chair of Education
- Coordination of office duties for the School of Education,
- Receptionist Duties (such as greeting students, answering phones, emails, organizing files etc.)
- Some accounting responsibilities (preparing check requests, tracking accounts, credit card charges, and budgets).
- Submit textbook requests for courses
- Serving as the placement coordinator for the Reading Buddies program
- Assist with planning and coordinating departmental functions and activities.
- Facilitating the hiring process of adjuncts and student workers
- Supervision of student workers
