We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Strategic Sales Manager to join our team to develop and lead our sales process and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales management, with expertise in SAAS solutions. Their passion will attract new customers, engage our hot leads, and work cross-functionally to ensure an exceptional sales and onboarding experience. Our Strategic Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring that the team meets and exceeds sales targets.
Duties
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to enhance performance and productivity.
- Define and document training guides to ensure excellence through repeatable processes
- Research and utilize the latest technologies including AI to enhance our human efforts.
- Provide regular feedback to marketing and product teams to improve our product offerings and enhance the customer journey.
- Manage pre-sales activities, including trade shows, demonstrations, and webinars.
- Set goals in alignment with overall corporate goals to deliver our products and services to those in need.
- Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage leads, and report on performance metrics.
- Provide weekly and monthly KPIs on department performance.
Skills
- Experience in pre-sales processes and conducting product demos, preferably with website interaction.
- Ability to analyze data effectively to inform decision-making.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Expert with one or more CRM tools.
