Leucadia Pizzeria is looking for an office manager, high-level executive assistant, and key employee to assist and support our group of restaurants and their teams!
This person will assist, oversee, support, and lead the restaurant group alongside ownership. They will work closely with the management teams in various functions, including HR, marketing, staffing / hiring, restaurant operations, and multiple projects. This person will be a key employee and will exemplify the company's core values through daily interactions with team members, vendors, and even guests. You will work closely with our leadership team to ensure all functions and operations of the individual restaurants are performing to the highest standards. Must be highly organized, self-sufficient, a natural leader, maintain a positive attitude, and be driven by company goals and objectives.
This is a unique opportunity for the right individual to be a key employee in a muti-unit, family-owned, establishment of 40 years.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- Assisting with sourcing and ordering supplies
- Staffing positions are needed within the company.
- Assisting and supporting the management team at each location in their needs.
- Overseeing each location and working closely with management to improve store performance.
- Various marketing initiatives.
- Aiding in updating menu items, including the POS & other software.
- Data entry / HR work / onboarding / employee docs & certifications.
- Coordinate meetings and appointments.
