What are the responsibilities and job description for the Latin America Distribution Manager position at Levata?
We are seeking to add a motivated and energetic Account Manager – LATAM Distribution, dedicated to maintaining, expanding, and securing dealers in the Latin America market. As an Account Manager – LATAM Distribution you will help grow and expand relationships with existing dealers and develop new relationships with new dealers. Strong selling skills and the ability to build strong relationships are critical for success.
What You'll Do
- Effectively cultivate and grow profitable connections with dealers in Latin America
- Develop tactics for establishing new relationships with dealers
- Collaborate with manufacturers to foster robust relationships and devise strategies for expanding business in both existing and new dealer accounts
- Meet or surpass monthly and annual quotas for sales and gross profit
- Develop strategies and collaborate with dealers to optimize their utilization of the Trade ID platform, fostering business growth and increasing their share of the market
- Establish strong partnerships with key stakeholders in departments such as Operations, Sales Support, Accounts Receivable, IT, etc
- Exhibit a professional and customer-centric approach in every interaction with customers
- Learn and maintain a comprehensive understanding of products and technologies, stay informed about competitors, and stay current with industry trends
- Contribute as a team player, actively participating in enhancing the business by offering suggestions and recommendations to benefit the overall team
- Build a pipeline of sales opportunities, forecast monthly utilizing SF.com
- Capacity to travel, engage with key customers, and participate in industry trade shows
- Perform any additional responsibilities and tasks assigned
What You'll Need
- Proficiency in Windows, Outlook, Word, Excel, CRM and social media
- Strong level of organizational and analytical skills
- Comprehend customer requirements and recognize potential ID solutions
- ID access control management experience preferred
- Implementing solutions to meet specified requirements
- Strong motivation, tenacity, and a self-starter
- Capable of working in a dynamic team environment with a fast-paced setting
- Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills, outstanding interpersonal abilities, and proficiency in computer usage
- Adaptability and capacity to prioritize tasks in a rapidly evolving, high-growth environment
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Successful track record of 2-5 years in selling to both existing and large customers
Physical Requirements:
- Regularly required to sit, and stand, write, operate a PC, communicate, listen, and assess information
- Travel to other office locations
- May lift, push, pull or move 15 pounds
- Occasionally walk throughout the office/building to other departments
