Job Description
As a Leasing Specialist, you will be responsible for responding to leasing inquiries, developing marketing plans, and processing rental applications.
You will also manage move-ins and move-outs, process maintenance requests, and assist with administrative tasks assigned by your supervisor.
Qualifications
- At least 1-year experience in the apartment management industry.
- Ability to multitask, achieve deadlines, and work under pressure.
- Strong communication and writing skills with the ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Basic computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Must have a valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Bilingual English/Spanish (preferred).
